Financial Director After working for some time in the Netherlands with the government and in education, Jelte Hoving started the company Vietnam Trade Internationaal BV together with Hai Pham. They started from the World Trade Center Almere and they are still housed there. Of course Hai Pham is usually the conversation partner for the Vietnamese companies.
